Buenos dias,

en relacion al siniestro de referencia os informamos que una vez revisada l=
a documentacion recibida, los hechos objeto de reclamaci=F3n y el conocimie=
nto por parte del ingeniero de los mimos, es muy anterior a la entrada en v=
igor de la p=F3liza.

La Resoluci=F3n de la Direcci=F3n General de Desarrollo Rural que declara i=
ndebidamente percibido el importe por parte del cliente es de fecha 15/04/2=
5 y, por tanto, en ese momento el t=E9cnico tiene conocimiento del posible =
error y de m=E1s que segura reclamaci=F3n del cliente desde esa fecha.

Entendemos que el deber el ingeniero es haber comunicado el siniestro a la =
p=F3liza anterior a la suscrita con Caser con efecto de 31/12/25 por lo que=
 procede a dicha aseguradora asumir el mismo.

Por tanto, no vamos a proceder a designar defensa para asistir a la concili=
acion del 13/11/26 al no tener cobertura temporal los hechos objeto de recl=
amaci=F3n.

Quedamos a la espera de que nos confirmeis el traslado del expediente a la =
aseguradora anterior, en caso de no haberse efectuado.
