Nos informa nuestro Letrado de que ayer asisti=F3 a las declaraciones de tr=
es testigos, trabajadores de la empresa AGRONATIVA y CIRVA, promotores de l=
a obra y del imputado D. Pedro L=F3pez Jim=E9nez, legal representante de EV=
O PROYECTOS, la constructora, en las que los testigos negaron que ellos par=
ticipaban en las obras pero si firmaban los partes de trabajo de los operar=
ios de la Mercantil EVO, sin embargo el imputado declar=F3 que la empresa a=
 trav=E9s de algunos de los testigos y otras personas de la administraci=F3=
n y prevenci=F3n eran los que en todo momento daban las directrices de como=
 ejecutar la obra donde se produjo el accidente laboral, as=ED como facilit=
aban los medios (epis) con los que ten=EDan que hacer la obra.

Nos informar=E1 de las novedades que se vayan produciendo en el expediente.
