Buenos dias,

en relacion al siniestro de referencia os remitimos la ampliacion de las ac=
laraciones solicitadas al perito, por las que entendemos procede mantener l=
a resolucion ya comunicada.

"Respecto, al anexo extra solicitado, en el documento del proyecto t=E9cnic=
o de la instalaci=F3n fotovoltaica se hace una descripci=F3n del tipo de in=
stalaci=F3n a construir, y se indica que existir=E1n unas hileras de panele=
s sobre el terreno (huerto solar) y otras sobre la cubierta de la nave. Se =
hace una descripci=F3n en detalle de la estructura de soporte de los panele=
s del huerto solar, pero, no se aporta ninguna informaci=F3n sobre el tipo =
de estructura de la de los paneles situados en cubierta, solo se llega a me=
ncionar su existencia. Cuando se contact=F3 con el Asegurado ya exist=EDa u=
n fin de obra firmado, y se le indic=F3 que no se detallaba la estructura s=
iniestrada presente en cubierta. Nos coment=F3 que, por error, se olvid=F3 =
de a=F1adirla al proyecto y manifest=F3 que nos lo enviar=EDa. En dicho doc=
umento nuevo se detalla la estructura met=E1lica, pero, no est=E1n presente=
 el "C=E1lculo cargas de viento sobre soportaci=F3n" que si se realizaron p=
ara el huerto solar sobre el terreno. Por lo tanto, se produce un siniestro=
 en una zona no descrita con suficiente detalle en el proyecto, ya pasado e=
l fin de obra".
