En relaci=F3n con el siniestro de referenc= ia, nos encontramos a=FAn a la espera de que se atiendan los da=F1os ocasio= nados en la vivienda del 1=BAC, derivados accidentalmente de la actuaci=F3n= de uno de los reparadores de ONRED.

A pesar de las numerosas llamadas realizad= as y de los escritos enviados por este mismo medio, tras varios meses la si= tuaci=F3n contin=FAa sin resolverse. En el d=EDa de hoy hemos contactado en= dos ocasiones con el servicio de asistencia. En la primera llamada, la comunicaci=F3n fue interrumpida sin ofrecernos e= xplicaci=F3n alguna, pese a haber expuesto la situaci=F3n y solicitado una = atenci=F3n acorde a la situaci=F3n actual del perjudicado. En la segunda, t= ras realizar algunas comprobaciones, la persona que nos atendi=F3 indic=F3 que exist=EDa cierta confusi=F3n y que, al pare= cer, no se hab=EDa realizado ninguna gesti=F3n, finalizando igualmente la l= lamada sin una respuesta clara.

Esta situaci=F3n nos genera una gran preoc= upaci=F3n, no solo por la falta de resoluci=F3n del expediente, sino tambi= =E9n por la calidad de la atenci=F3n recibida. Si este es el trato que se d= ispensa a la corredur=EDa, nos inquieta especialmente la atenci=F3n que puedan estar recibiendo nuestros clientes.

Solicitamos, por tanto, una revisi=F3n urg= ente del expediente, as=ED como una soluci=F3n inmediata al da=F1o pendient= e en la vivienda afectada. La perjudicada dispone del material desde hace s= emanas sin que nadie le llame para coordinar cita y colocarle la losa. Por cierto, material que ha tenido que adquirir = la propia perjudicada.

Quedamos a la espera de sus noticias a la = mayor brevedad posible.
